Retained is a fully outsourced service given on an exclusive basis. The fee is usually split over 3 payments, on signing of the role, on submission of the shortlist of candidates and then on the role commencement.
On Top of our highly competitive Flat Fee rate structure we Guarantee 25% of any Permanent Placement Fees will be given back into the Local Community via Local organisations, Charities or events.
Temporary / Fixed Term placements are the perfect option for many businesses as there is no long term contract involved and we can supply workers for as little as 1 day if required.

On top of our talent pool we actively market roles across all job boards, social media and networking sites to make sure that a wide range of talent is notified of your role and the opportunity.
When hiring workers you are only charged an agreed hourly rate which is inclusive of the candidates pay and all statutory costs plus our margin all of which are tax deductible
